3. Legal obligations

3.1 Payment processing via Stripe

We use payment provider Stripe to process payments.
Stripe is legally required to verify user identities to prevent fraud and money laundering.
For this purpose, Stripe may request:

  • Name and date of birth
  • Address
  • In some cases: a copy of an identity document or company details

These data are processed directly by Stripe.


3.2 DAC7 – Tax reporting

If you generate more than 30 transactions or €30,000 in annual revenue via our platform, we are legally required to report certain data to the tax authorities, including:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Citizen service number (BSN) or tax identification number

4. With whom do we share your data?

4.1 Delivery

For product deliveries, we share your address and, if necessary, your phone number or email address only with our logistics partner Brenger.


4.2 Technical and support partners

We work with parties that host, secure and technically support our platform.
Where applicable, we enter into data processing agreements with these parties to protect your privacy.


4.3 Other situations

We only share personal data with:

  • Stripe (for payments and verification)
